Ford And Microsoft Deliver Their 5 Millionth SYNC-Enabled Vehicle, Plan To Bring Cloud And Car Closer Together

SyncLogoAt GigaOm's Roadmap event today, Microsoft and Ford just announced that they have delivered more than 5 million SYNC-enabled cars. SYNC, Ford's in-car connectivity system, is powered by Microsoft's embedded platform and launched about five years ago.
